We requested two rooms close together and they were able to accommodate our request. The hotel location was very close to a bus stop and a short walk to the Metro line, it was very easy to get around Lyon. The rooms were simple and clean and included a window over looking the street. The staff were very helpful to us non-French speaking patrons.

the parking is big, easy access and there is enough places for car parking. apartment comfortable, a little bit tight for big kids with long period, but it contains everything needed for a family. the location of the hotel is top , it is not in the old city center (crowded area not easy to park), and at the same time not so far, in addition many shops near by (boulangerie, carfour....) Staff at reception very friendly, the apartment is calm.

Helpful and friendly staff, comfortable bed and useful laundry facilities during our longer stay due to hospital treatment. good sized apartment for 2 people and has kitchenette for stove top meals. Also a bath and a shower and a separate toilet was good. Air con an essential bonus and the balcony was useful as we were staying during a sunny period.

The location is perfect and the area is also very nice and rooms are clean. We came as a family and stayed at this hotel without any inconvenience. Staff also very polite and helpful.

The room size is adequate for two people. There are two minimarkets nearby so it gives quite options. Public transportation to city center also accessible within walking distance. They clean the room everyday.

Perfectly located across the street from the Jean Merlot hospital ideal for early morning procedures. Big comfortable room very comfortable bed.

Polite staff. A complete 1 bed room apartment Safe Parking underground . Park your car temporarily on the road, go the reception and get the remote to open the garage door and then drive downwards to the garage.

Apartment-style accommodation, including all necessary kitchen wares, so I was able to cook instead of always eating out. And there are multiple supermarkets nearby.
